These Terms of Use (the “Terms” or “EULA”) govern your use of the Charge My Car mobile application (the “App”), provided by Charge My Car (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the phone number used to sign in and for all activity under your account.
The App offers optional Charge My Car Premium subscriptions in three tiers:

Auto-renewal. Each subscription renews automatically at the end of its period at the price shown above unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation. Manage and cancel your subscription in the Apple App Store: open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Charge My Car, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period is not refunded.
Free trial / introductory offer. If a free trial or introductory price is offered, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Price changes. If we change a subscription price, we will notify you and ask for your consent before charging the new price.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds for In-App Purchases.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App; (b) use the App to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others; (c) submit station data you know to be false; (d) use the App in a way that interferes with charging infrastructure operators or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
If you submit station reviews, photos, or status reports, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the App. You represent that you have the rights to submit it.
The App relies on third-party services including Firebase (Google), Google Maps Platform, Google Gemini, OpenRouteService, and OpenWeather. Use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that station availability, pricing, or routing information is accurate or current. Always verify with the charging operator before relying on data shown in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used. By using the App you agree to that policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App with a revised “last updated” date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
